OUR MISSION

The mission of The Joseph Toles Foundation is to provide, locate, refer, and subsidize social skills development seminars, workshops, retreats and camping experiences to children, parents, guardians and professionals who work towards the development of individuals and families.

Through program development, social and corporate outreach, grant-writing and fund raising events sponsored by The Joseph Toles Foundation, we will strive to make sure that no willing candidate will miss an opportunity for individual or community betterment.

Driven by the philosophy of our Founder and Chair, the focus of the Joseph Toles Foundation is community service, leadership and organizational excellence. These principles provide the structure for the work of our Foundation to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, their parents/guardians and those working with them.

Needs Assessment and Resource Allocation

In commitment to our mission, we will conduct a thorough needs assessment to identify specific social skills development, seminar, workshop, retreat, and camping needs, and then allocate resources, both financial and human, to address these identified needs effectively.

Program Development and Implementation

In commitment to our mission, we will develop a comprehensive set of programs that cater to the identified needs, including social skills development seminars, workshops, retreats, and camping experiences, and implement these programs in a manner that is accessible and inclusive to individuals and families, with a focus on quality, relevance, and effectiveness.

Community Engagement and Outreach

In commitment to our mission, we will establish partnerships with local organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to create a strong community network for support and collaboration, and engage in outreach efforts to raise awareness about the Foundation's mission, programs, and opportunities for individual and community betterment.

Fundraising and Sustainability

In commitment to our mission, we will develop a sustainable fundraising strategy that includes grant-writing, corporate partnerships, and fundraising events to secure financial resources for the Foundation's activities, and continuously evaluate the financial health of the organization and adapt the fundraising strategy as needed to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Foundation's mission and programs.

Far too many vulnerable teenagers are at risk of ending up behind bars or facing tragic circumstances due to a lack of stable homes. These teens deserve a chance at a brighter tomorrow, filled with love, support, and opportunities to thrive.
